Absolutely. Our studios are perfect for students at Thomas More Mechelen, KU Leuven, UAntwerpen, Odisee en andere instellingen. Je woont in het stadscentrum van Mechelen, op 10 minuten wandelen van het station. Alles is inbegrepen — geen aparte rekeningen voor water, elektriciteit, gas of wifi.
Yes, definitely. We warmly welcome Erasmus and exchange students. Verblijven vanaf 1 maand zijn mogelijk en contracten zijn beschikbaar in het Engels. Mechelen ligt ideaal tussen Antwerpen, Brussel en Leuven — allemaal bereikbaar met de trein in minder dan 30 minuten.
Yes. Our studios are ideal for interns — including those at international institutions zoals NATO of EU-instellingen. De all-in formule zorgt dat je je nergens zorgen over hoeft te maken.
Onze studio's zijn ontworpen voor één persoon. In een beperkt aantal studio's is verblijf voor twee personen mogelijk op aanvraag — mits voorafgaandelijk akkoord. Gezinnen of grotere groepen zijn niet mogelijk.
De huurprijs is volledig all-in: elektriciteit, gas, water, snel wifi, tweewekelijkse professionele schoonmaak en vers linnengoed. Je betaalt één vast bedrag per maand — geen verrassingen.
During summer (July–August) a minimum stay of 1 month applies. Tijdens het academisch jaar is de minimale huurperiode 4 maanden. Maximum 2 personen per studio op aanvraag — niet geschikt voor gezinnen.

Our studios are exclusively available for stays with a clear academic connection. Welkom zijn: studenten (Belgisch of internationaal), Erasmusstudenten en uitwisselingsstudenten, recent afgestudeerden die een stage of internship doen, onderzoekers en postdocs, gastdocenten en tijdelijk academisch personeel, en stagiairs bij instellingen met een academische of onderzoeksgebonden context (zoals NATO, EU-instellingen, ziekenhuizen). Niet welkom zijn: gezinnen, gewone expats of corporate relocaties zonder academische link. Maximum 2 personen per studio, op aanvraag.
